SHIPPING & RETURNS

If you wish to return your item you must contact us in the first instance and return it within 14 days of receiving your item. It must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging. Once tags have been detached from jewellery we will not accept returns. We advise to obtain proof of postage from your post office. Pierced items are excluded due to hygiene reasons, unless faulty. Rose Gold and Yellow gold items are non refundable as they are made to your custom size. Custom made items are also non returnable. Postage is non-refundable and buyer is liable for return postage cost.
